## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 研究人工智能前沿技术，聚焦大模型落地应用等关键领域，设计并优化大模型算法应用（含LLM调优、RAG、Agents、知识库、多模态等），输出标准、论文、专利等知识成果；
- 结合业务需求设计“人工智能+”行业解决方案，协作业务、研发等多方部门，推动AI技术、工具及产品落地应用，为大模型垂直领域落地提供技术与产品解决方案支持；
- 收集整理多源业务数据，开展数据深度挖掘与分析，为企业提供数据决策支撑。

### Requirements

1.工作态度积极、认真负责，具有职业道德和团队合作精神，良好的沟通、协调和语言表达能力；能够接受出差及项目驻点； 2.能够熟练使用python等编程软件。
