## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责通信网络（传输/数据/接入）的日常运维与故障处理，保障网络安全稳定运行;
- 负责网络性能监测与分析，定期开展网络质量评估，发现并解决网络隐患;
- 负责网络割接、升级等变更方案的制定与实施，确保业务平稳过渡;
- 负责用户投诉处理，通过网络数据分析定位问题根因并给出解决方案;
- 参与网络规划与建设方案评审，提出网络架构优化和扩容建议;
- 负责网络运维工具和自动化分析手段的开发与应用。

### Requirements
- 掌握通信网络原理（传输/数据/接入网）、网络协议（TCP/IP、OSPF、BGP等）、数字通信基础；
- 具备良好沟通能力和团队协作能力；
- 持有华为/中兴等设备厂商中高级认证者优先，有程序开发等背景优先。
