## Job description

### AI智能体与大模型应用开发
- 基于LLM、Agent、RAG技术开展业务智能化功能的开发与迭代，依托视联网完成大模型微调部署，搭建智能问答、内容摘要等AI应用能力，落地多模态行业应用场景；

### 算法研发与工程落地
- 负责检测、分割等视觉算法的研发与优化，完成模型轻量化改造，适配国产芯片；搭建端云协同推理方案，优化视频处理链路与向量数据库，保障算法高效落地；

### 系统架构优化与功能研发
- 参与大模型项目整体架构设计、调优与部署，搭建大模型全链路开发工具体系，优化整体系统架构，支撑AI计费系统等核心业务研发，提升业务迭代效率；

### 技术跟进与方案沉淀
- 持续跟进大模型、多模态、端侧AI前沿技术，落地前沿技术成果，结合业务场景输出标准化行业技术方案，持续优化产品与技术体系。

### Requirements
- 硕士及以上学历，具备良好的政治素养与职业操守，遵规守法、责任心强、自动化等相关专业背景；
- PyTorch/TensorFlow等主流深度学习框架 具备扎实的编程能力，熟练使用Python/C++等主流编程语言，熟悉与问题解决能力，能承受工作压力；
- 具备良好的逻辑思维、沟通协作与文档编写能力，有较强的学习能力经验者优先；
- 有相关项目实战经验、顶会论文发表、相关竞赛名次或头部企业实习。

### 其他要求

VB智能体开发工程师:熟悉LangChain、Llamalndex等主流Agent框架，有大模型应用或Agent开发落地经验者优先，大模型微调、部署与向量数据库使用经验者优先。 大模型/AI应用工程师:熟悉LLM技术栈、RAG与Agent框架，有大模型微调、部署与向量数据库使用经验者优先。 视觉算法工程师(端侧方向):熟悉模型轻量化与端侧推理框架，了解嵌入式开发与国产AI芯片适配，有视觉算法端侧落地经验或CV顶会论文发表经验者优先。 算法工程师:在NLP、CV、多模态等领域有深入研究，有大模型预训练、微调、RLHF等全流程实践经验者优先。
