## Job description

### Responsibilities

主要从事建筑工程总承包项目的工程咨询、设计管理、招投标管理、合同管理、工程造价管理、施工管理等工程管理工作。

### Requirements

1.普通高等院校本科及以上学历，电气工程及自动化、建筑智能化、环境工程、暖通工程、工程造价等相关专业； 2.

### 专业基础知识要求

具备扎实的建筑工程专业基础知识，掌握项目管理基本技能。精通并熟练运CAD系列软件、工程造价相关软件，有BIM软件使用经验者优先。具备EPC工程总承包项目管理经验或工程造价相关经验优先。
