## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 无线网络日常优化、专项优化及深度优化管理工作，聚焦网络接通率、掉话率、时延、吞吐率、拥塞率等核心KPI指标，建立及优化常态化网络监测、问题排查、闭环整改机制。
- 针对高话务场景、节假日峰值、政企重点场景、偏远区域开展专项优化，精准处理信号干扰、切换异常、重叠覆盖、弱信号等各类网络问题，持续提升全网运行质量与用户感知，保障网络运行稳定性与先进性

### 紧跟5G-A、算力网络、6G等无线新型技术发展趋势，结合区域业务发展需求，探索无线网络新技术、新方案的落地应用 Requirements
- 了解计算机网络、无线网络、IT 系统、云计算、大数据等相关知识，熟悉通信网络（接入网、承载网、无线网等）基础架构及工程建设基本流程。
- 掌握网络建设项目方案制订、设计审核、设备材料采购技术管理、实施组织管理及工程进度、验收、决算全流程管控能力，熟悉国家及通信行业工程建设相关法规、标准与规范，熟练使用办公软件。
- 具备较强的分析能力与逻辑思维能力，沟通协调能力强，能吃苦耐劳、抗压能力强，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作与组织管理能力。
- 取得计算机类、通信类等级认证或职业资格证书，有工程项目实践或学科竞赛经历者优先。
