## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责平台及产品相关功能的开发与实现，根据需求完成模块编码、单元测试及功能优化；
- 参与平台相关子系统的功能迭代、问题排查和性能优化，协同测试、运维等团队完成版本发布，保障系统稳定运行；
- 参与微服务、数据服务及平台智能化能力建设，学习并探索大模型、智能体等AI技术在实际业务场景中的应用；
- 参与公共组件、开发工具及工程能力建设，持续提升代码质量和研发效率。

### Requirements
- 重点院校本科及以上学历，计算机、软硬件开发、人工智能、电子信息、自动化、数学等相关专业，具备扎实的计算机基础知识；
- 熟悉Java编程语言，掌握面向对象编程、数据结构、算法、计算机网络、操作系统等基础知识，熟悉 Spring、Spring Boot 等主流 Java 开发框架；
- 熟悉微服务及分布式系统相关技术，了解服务注册发现、配置管理、服务调用、负载均衡、限流熔断等基本机制；
- 熟悉 MySQL、Redis 等常用数据库及缓存技术，掌握基本的数据建模、SQL 编写及性能优化方法；熟悉 Elasticsearch、RocketMQ、Kafka 等常用中间件中的一种或多种；
- 熟悉 Linux、Git 等常用开发环境及工具，了解 Docker、Kubernetes 等云原生技术，具备良好的编码习惯和工程质量意识；
- 对 AI、大模型相关技术有兴趣，了解大语言模型、Prompt、Embedding、RAG、Agent 等基础知识；有大模型应用、知识库问答、智能体等相关项目实践者优先；
- 具备良好的学习能力、逻辑分析能力、沟通协作能力和团队合作意识，能够主动分析和解决问题。
