## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责商业地产项目的规划定位、业态布局及招商策略制定，优化资产运营效益；
- 开展市场调研，分析区域商业环境、竞争态势及客户需求，编制可行性研究报告；
- 制定房屋租赁方案，包括租金定价、租期策略、合同条款设计及客户谈判；
- 统筹招商全流程，对接品牌方及租户，完成租赁目标并维护长期合作关系；
- 监控项目运营数据，提出资产增值改造或业态调整建议，提升出租率及收益。

### Requirements

1.2027年应届毕业生或2026年的往届毕业生，工作认真细致，责任心强，思维敏捷; 2.品貌端正，有良好的沟通协调能力； 3.备一定的数据分析与调研能力； 4.具备使用数据分析工具（Excel、PPT可视化等）的能力。
