## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责公司财务管理、预算编制、资金运营及日常会计核算与账务处理工作，确保财务信息真实、准确、完整；
- 负责年度预算编制与跟踪落实，定期开展财务分析与经营分析，全面跟踪资源使用效果与质量，为经营决策提供数据支撑；
- 负责财务风险识别与管控，建立风险预警机制，制定并落实整改措施，保障公司财务安全与资金合规使用；
- 负责日常业务稽核审核，承接上级单位会计政策落地实施，确保财务核算规范、内控制度有效执行。

### Requirements
- 具有较强的工作责任心和敬业精神，执行力强，能承担压力；
- 具备较强的风险意识与数据敏感性，逻辑清晰；
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作能力；
- 熟悉财会基本理论与知识，掌握财务核算、报表编制等技能，能熟练运用办公及财务软件。
