## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责项目策划与对接，根据项目特点制定合理的招标方案和采购计划，把控项目整体时间节点；
- 独立负责编制招标文件、招标公告、合同条款等，确保文件的合法性、合规性及严谨性，规避法律风险；
- 负责组织并主持开标、评标、定标会议，处理质疑与投诉，负责中标通知书的发放及后续资料归档等全流程工作。

### Requirements

1.本科及以上学历; 2.管理科学、工程管理、工程造价、通信工程、计算机科学与技术、物流管理、物流工程与管理、采购管理、供应链管理、采购与供应管理、法学、金融学、统计学等相关专业优先考虑。
