## Job description

### 合同管理
- 审核采购、物流、物资供应等全品类业务合同，修订标准合同模板，建立合同台账，参与重大项目商务法律风险研判。

### 纠纷处置
- 处理供应商违约、货款催收、货损赔偿等业务纠纷，负责发函、调解，统筹诉讼、仲裁案件证据整理与外部律所对接。

### 合规审查
- 审核招投标文件、公司制度、对外函件、供应商准入资料等，排查经营合规风险。

### 法务支撑
- 为采购、仓储、财务等部门提供日常法律咨询，开展普法宣贯，梳理业务风险并出具整改建议。

### 档案台账
- 管理合同、案件、法务文书档案。

### Requirements

1. 2027 年毕业的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生。法律等相关专业优先考虑，持法律职业资格者优先考虑。 2. 具备优秀的团队合作精神，良好的沟通、协调与表达能力； 3. 乐于学习，富有创新力。
