## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与数据中心园区项目的全过程工程咨询（全过程项目管理、造价咨询、工程监理、检测认证、BIM咨询）等其他与数据中心土建专业相关工作的落地实施；
- 协助客户进行项目管理，及数据中心建设项目相关制度、流程优化；
- 参与或负责项目全过程的管理，建立常态化的客户沟通机制；
- 参与公司数据中心全过程工程咨询案例、方法论和工具模板的研发和培训；
- 协助上级领导进行数据中心全咨业务开发、项目管理及知识沉淀；
- 完成领导交代其它相关工作。

### Requirements
- 具备良好的学习能力、沟通协调能力和文字表达能力；
- 具有较强的责任心与执行力，能胜任现场土建或机电咨询工作，其中机电类熟悉高低压配电、不间断电源或暖通的优先；
- 思维清晰，能够快速判断讨论焦点；
- 熟练运用office、project、Visio、CAD、Revit等办公和专业软件。
