## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责监测和分析数据指标，包括用户行为、业务指标、市场趋势等，通过数据分析找出潜在问题和机会，并提供决策支持。
- 负责搜集和整合各种数据源的数据，确保数据的完整性和准确性，同时优化数据采集过程，提高数据采集效率和质量。
- 通过数据分析和建模，提供业务洞察和预测，识别出业务增长机会和改进点，帮助决策者做出基于数据的决策。

### Requirements

1.2027年毕业的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生； 2.具有良好的品行，符合岗位所需的专业或技能条件，具备适应岗位要求的身体条件； 3.理解常用大数据挖掘框架、工具集和算法，具备独立编写各类挖掘算法代码的能力，熟练开展模型调优工作，熟悉模型部署、推理加速等技术；
- 能够运用Python/R/Scala/Java等至少一门编程语言和高级SQL开发复杂数据处理流程，并对现有大数据解决方案进行改进与扩展；
- 精通至少一种主流大数据平台上的数据建模、数据集市构建和性能调优技术；
- 具有良好的沟通力、理解力， 责任心强，对数据敏感，具有应变及危机处理能力。
