## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 能独立完成软件功能的需求梳理、功能流程绘制及编码实现。
- 根据系统设计书或项目需求文档，进行开发任务，按计划完成任务目标。
- 根据出现问题进行BUG修复、功能调整、系统简单调优或对业务模块疑难问题进行排查和处理，按计划完成任务目标。
- 根据研发经理/项目经理指派任务，完成相应工作。

### Requirements
- 计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程、数据科学等相关专业，硕士研究生及以上学历；
- 编程基础扎实、具有良好的编程经验和开发习惯，具有良好的数据结构和算法基础；
- 能够读懂需求及设计文档，具备需求梳理、业务流程分析能力，可按项目计划推进开发任务落地。
- 工作态度踏实严谨，服从项目工作安排，具备良好的学习能力、沟通协作能力，能够配合团队完成项目交付。
