## Job description

### 数据统计与监控
- 负责全渠道运营数据的采集、整理、汇总及报表输出，常态化监控核心经营指标，及时排查数据异常，建立规范数据台账。

### 分析复盘与支撑
- 协助开展渠道业务复盘、营销活动数据分析，挖掘业务短板与增长亮点，输出基础分析结论与优化参考。

### 业务协同与提效
- 配合完成渠道考核、材料支撑、政策落地数据统计，优化数据统计口径与报表体系，助力渠道精细化运营。

### Requirements
- 熟悉通信行业市场运营与客户经营体系，了解云计算、大数据等新业务方向，掌握市场研究、客户研究的基本模型与方法。
- 具备数据统计、数据清洗与数据分析应用能力，会使用 SQL、Python 等语言及数据可视化工具，熟练运用 Excel、Word、PPT 等办公软件。
- 具备较强的文字表达与报告写作能力，逻辑思维严密，沟通协调能力良好，具有较强的自主学习能力。
- 责任心强、有团队合作精神，身心健康、吃苦耐劳，能承受较大工作压力。
