## Job description

### Responsibilities

一、科创研发项目全流程管控
- 全程参与科创研发项目评审、立项、研发实施、结题验收、成果归集关联与上云、项目后评估等全生命周期管理工作。
- 开展研发项目合规性审核，核查内外部工时归集数据的真实性、准确性。
- 跟进研发成本核算工作，督促研发成本及时、规范入账。

二、科创研发事务对接与问题处置 1. 对接省科创部下达的考核指标及通报问题，做好信息上报、跟踪落实与闭环反馈。 2. 协同处置项目研发实施过程中的各类业务问题，保障项目有序推进。

三、科创培训开展与人才队伍建设 1. 承接省科创部培训相关文件要求，组织开展二次转训，落地本地常态化合规管理及业务操作培训。 2. 跟踪科创研发人员动态，落实人员资质认证管理，优化完善科创人才队伍结构，夯实队伍建设基础。

### Requirements
- 掌握互联网、计算机、网络信息安全领域相关专业基础理论知识。
- 熟练使用各类网络测试与分析工具，具备数据应用开发能力及团队组织管理能力。
- 工作事业心与责任心强，具备良好的团队协作素养与独立履职能力；学习领悟能力突出，乐于接纳新技术、新理念，勇于攻坚克难，敢于接受工作挑战。
