## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与物业项目或团餐项目日常运营管理，协助统筹现场服务、人员调度等基础工作；
- 学习客户服务流程，协助处理业主/就餐人员咨询、投诉，提升服务满意度；
- 协助开展项目成本管控、物资管理、安全巡查等工作，积累项目管理实操经验；
- 跟随项目经理学习项目统筹规划、团队管理等工作，逐步提升独立负责项目的能力。

### Requirements

1.2027年毕业的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生，英语国家四级425分及以上。 2.酒店管理相关、食品相关专业、物业管理、城乡规划、风景园林、安全管理等专业优先，以及各类数字化相关专业。
