## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责各类公文起草、审核、印发及文书流转归档。
- 负责会议筹备、记录纪要撰写及决议督办落实。
- 负责文件档案分类整理、编号归档及电子台账维护。
- 协助日常行政事务协调与来访接待保障。
- 负责内部宣传稿件撰写及企业文化活动策划。

### Requirements

1.2026及2027届毕业的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届及毕业生。 2.政治立场坚定，具备优良职业素养（品行端正届责任心强、事业心突出、沟通能力强、亲和力佳等）。 3.具备较强的文字功底和公文写作能力，熟悉公文写作规范，能独立起草通知、请示、报告、纪要、总结等各类文书。 4.熟练操作 Word、Excel、PPT 等 Office 办公软件，具备较强的独立工作能力和抗压能力，能够高效应对多任务并行的工作节奏。
