## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 人工成本管理
- 薪酬管理、审核及报批
- 员工薪酬的核算、发放及信息维护与管理
- 各类保险福利管理、缴交及结算
- 派遣制费用管理

### 人力资源信息系统维护 Requirements
- 遵守国家法律法规，具有良好的思想品质和道德素质，无触犯法律法规、校级处分等不良记录。
- 具有较强的学习能力，学习成绩良好，入职报到时须取得毕业证、学位证，境外院校毕业生须获得国家教育部留学服务中心的学历学位认证。
- 熟练使用计算机和办公软件，取得人力资源、财务类、计算机类、通信类或信息类等级认证，或取得职业资格证书，或在校内外参与项目实践的优先考虑。
- 具有健康、成熟、稳定的心理素质，身体健康。
