## Job description

### Responsibilities

按照公司全面预算管理要求，组织整体年度全面预算编制、汇总、审核、出具年度预算方案；搭建预算台账，按月跟踪预算执行，对比实际与预算差异，出具执行分析报告；负责预算调整审核、申报审批，严格把控费用、项目支出预算管控；完成年度决算编制，报送各类预算决算报表；完善预算管理制度，对接各部门做好预算宣导，配合审计提供预算资料。

### Requirements
- 财会专业基础知识扎实，掌握会计核算、全面预算管理、财务分析、税务管理、资金管理等知识，熟悉财务风险控制与内控稽核要求。
- 能熟练操作财务软件及 Office 等办公自动化软件，具备较强的财务分析与数据处理能力，能独立完成会计凭证制作、账务核算、银企对账及报表编制。
- 责任心强，具有较强的沟通协作能力、服务意识与抗压能力，具备良好的职业道德和保密意识，工作严谨细致，有较强的学习力。 4..持有初级及以上会计职称（中级职称优先），已通过 CPA 单科或全科者优先；有财务实习经历者优先。
