## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 营销、渠道、服务、成本等维度月度经营分析，开展重点营销活动效果评估，跟踪通报重点工作推进情况；搭建并优化报表体系，开展专题分析、指标监控及数据测算，为经营决策提供支撑；
- 收入、营销成本预算编制、分解及全流程管控，统筹市场资源配置；拟定市场经营考核指标，落实日常监督与考核工作；
- 经营数据归集、校验加工、归档管理，保障数据质量；响应业务需求开展数据提取统计，维护业务台账，提供数据查询支撑服务；
- 前端业务内控体系建设，配合审计相关工作，落实经营风险管控，搭建风险预警机制，保障业务经营合规。

### Requirements
- 熟悉通信行业业务，掌握经营分析、预算管理，了解内控与风险管理流程；
- 熟练运用 SQL、Python、Excel、BI 工具，具备数据建模、挖掘能力；
- 善于结合通信业务做业务拆解与数据洞察，可输出高质量分析报告；
- 逻辑思维强，文字功底扎实，擅长跨部门沟通协调；
- 严谨细致，数据敏感度高，能承受工作压力。
