## Job description

### Responsibilities

负责市公司土建项目的管理和具体实施
- 组织项目可研报告编制、项目立项、初步设计的编制；
- 组织并审批施工图设计，按政府建设行政主管部门规定办理报批报建手续；
- 负责施工阶段的质量、安全、进度、造价管理以及项目验收、项目档案归档；
- 审查施工结算，编制项目决算，配合工程审计。

### Requirements

1. 2026、2027年毕业未落实工作的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的毕业生； 2. 土建类专业基础知识扎实，熟悉相关业务流程； 3. 具有较强的责任心、具有较强的沟通能力、服务意识、协作和抗压能力； 4. 英语国家四级425分及以上或托福不低于75分或雅思不低于5.5分；
- 身体健康。
