## Job description
- 根据客户贷前、贷中、贷后的数据和行为表现，结合目标客群特点，构建面向个人信贷的风控模型，包括但不限于申请评分卡、行为评分卡、催收评分卡、反欺诈模型等；
- 确保模型准确上线，并对上线后的模型进行监控、优化及迭代；
- 参与将各种模型及评分系统应用于客户筛选、审批授信及贷后管理各领域；
- 挖掘数据价值，调研和评估多样性数据源在风险管理流程中的使用和有效性；优化风险与业务指标，参与搭建数据质量建设及监控体系；
- 为公司的业务发展提供大数据分析支持，主要包括风控自动决策支持，风险预测、用户画像、反欺诈识别等。
- 全日制本科学历及以上，金融、统计学、数学类专业优先；
- 至少3年以上模型、数据挖掘、策略分析经验，有全流程生命周期管理经验优先；
- 有较强的逻辑能力和数据分析能力，精通SQL，至少掌握一种以上主流统计分析工具，Python、R、SAS等；
- 工作认真、主动、负责，重视团队合作，具备有效沟通、推动问题解决的能力。
