## Job description
- 负责贯彻落实集团、上级公司的采购各项制度要求；
- 对接采购需求部门，审核需求部门提交的采购文件，协助完善采购方案；
- 负责集中采购（公开招标、竞争性磋商/谈判、询价、单一来源等项目的采购）实施工作，包括但不限于组织招标会议、采购公告公示挂网、投标人信息登记、抽取评标专家、组织开评标、撰写评标报告、签字用印流程以及处理采购过程中的投诉、质疑等；
- 对接投标项目需求，负责资格预审、投标文件编制、审核及投标资料整理以及处理投标过程中的澄清、质疑等；
- 负责招投标与合同管理数据台账的编制和维护，对相关数据进行例行分析并编写分析总结报告；
- 负责招投标电子资料及纸质资料的整理、归档工作，并移交档案管理部门；
- 领导安排的其他工作。
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限；
- 具有5年及以上招标采购工作经验，具备康养社区招采经验优先；
- 掌握供应商管理、招投标管理、合同管理相关知识；能熟练运用办公软件及相关管理软件;
- 具备良好的组织、谈判、沟通、协调能力，较好的业务洽谈分析判断能力，较强的计划性及主动性；
- 中共党员优先
