## Job description
- 负责机构整体经营管理工作，制定机构中长期战略并组织实施；
- 制定年度总体工作计划，组织并完成上级公司下达的各项经营目标和工作任务；
- 贯彻落实总、分公司的管理制度、经营政策及举措；
- 营造合规文化，管控各类风险；
- 及时处理上级公司交办的其他工作事项。
- 本科及以上学历；
- 年龄35周岁以下（优异者可适当放宽）；
- 具备3年及以上寿险行业管理工作经验，1年及以上同等职务层次岗位工作经验；
- 责任心强，沟通能力强，战略规划和推动组织能力强。
- 共产党员优先。
