## Job description
- 具备良好的公开授课能力，能独立完成50人以内沙龙讲座。
- 能配合外勤进行客户陪访，具备较强的逻辑表达能力，能将复杂专业知识转化为通俗语言。
- 具有较强的服务意识，认同“外勤为前线、内勤为支撑”的理念，能主动响应外勤需求，适应弹性工作节奏。熟练使用办公软件及线上沟通工具。
- 具备良好的协作能力，善于跨部门沟通，确保专业建议合规、可落地。
- 有极强的市场敏感度，能快速捕捉高客需求变化及行业政策动态（如法律、税收政策调整），及时优化服务内容。 1.本科及以上，法律、税务、金融等相关专业，具备法律职业资格证、注册税务师等专业认证者优先。 2.3年以上相关工作经验，有寿险公司、家族信托、企业税务筹划、高端客户服务、政府相关职能部门等经验者优先。
