## Job description
- 上门客户接待，落实公司柜面服务标准化工作要求，协助客户联络及跟进任务；
- 协助相关部门处理常规客户咨询，执行标准化应答、登记等基础服务工作；
- 协助机构物料登记、职场布置、行政后勤等事务性工作；
- 协助相关部门做好材料整理归档工作；
- 根据保单配送管理部门的配送规范，执行保单配送任务；
- 部门交办的其他工作。
- 本科及以上学历，相关专业，有相关工作经验者优先；
- 责任心强，沟通协调能力强，具有一定抗压能力；
- 有文字功底，有财险工作经验优先。
