## Job description
- 协助部门领导进行营业区战略规划、设定和分解年度计划；撰写月度KPI经营分析报告、其它相关报告；
- 筹备、组织及举办业务推动会议；
- 制定分公司业务推动方案，追踪、指导业务达成；
- 协调与管理科室工作。
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备3年及以上保险行业工作经历；
- 具有良好的团队协作精神，有较好的沟通能力，抗压性较强；
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力和亲和力。
