## Job description
- 严格执行医疗操作规程，规范书写病历及处方，确保医疗安全。
- 定期巡房查房，评估长者健康状态，建立并更新健康档案。
- 运用针灸、推拿等技术开展中医诊疗，改善长者健康状况。
- 运用中药方剂对病人进行整体治疗，或结合现代科技手段进行综合治疗。
- 指导长者进行精神修养、应时锻炼、调配饮食等方法，调整人体心理及生理状态，增强体质，使疾病在未发生或复发、加重前得以防止或控制。
- 开展中医养生保健服务宣传活动，通过讲座、宣传册等形式为长者传播健康保健知识。
- 领导交办的其他工作。
- 临床医学等相关专业本科及以上学历，并获得中医执业医师职业证书。
- 精通中医学知识，掌握诊疗流程，熟练运用中医技术，包括针灸、推拿、拔罐、刮痧、艾灸等。
- 具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。具有强烈的责任感和严谨认真的工作态度。
- 具有较强的学习意识，自主提高个人专业素质和能力。
- 热爱养老行业，有较强的服务意识和敬业精神。
- 有责任心、敬业精神，适应一定的工作压力和工作强度。
