## Job description
- 负责人伤大案的跟踪，不合理治疗方案的医院复勘、伤残复勘、陪同评残，调解与诉讼方案上报、陪同调解与开庭、索赔计算上报等全流程处理；
- 负责根据相关法律法规及两核标准，在规定时效内完成权限内的人伤案件审核（人伤查勘任务和索赔计算）及超权限案件的初审上报工作；
- 负责指导、参与人伤事故性质调查、医院查勘、农转非调查、小额案件索赔等工作；
- 负责查勘定损岗与单证收集及理算岗的专业技能培训与日常指导；
- 领导交办的其他工作。
- 全日制本科及以上学历，法学、医学相关专业；
- 一年以上相关工作经验;
- 具有一定医学相关理论知识，熟悉法律诉讼程序等法律知识，责任心强、工作积极主动，良好的语言表达能力；
- 服从公司安排，熟悉保险公司内部操作流程，有较好的沟通协调能力，有经验者优先；
- 有驾驶证；
- 年龄不超过35周岁。
