## Job description
- 全面負責公司的行政、後勤工作，為公司生產經營、員工工作及生活提供優質高效的後勤保障服務；
- 負責建立和完善行政後勤管理的各項規章製度，並負責監督、執行與追蹤；
- 負責行政部與其他部門間的協調工作；
- 負責公司的固定資產管理工作，包括辦公用品與勞保用品的管理；
- 組織安排行政及其他會務，協調接待等工作；
- 完成集團、班子領導臨時交辦的其它工作任務。
- 相關工作經驗5年以上，其中有3年以上從事過企業辦公室的領導工作；
- 能夠熟練使用日常辦公軟件、有較好的文字能力和語言表達能力;
- 具有良好的溝通能力、理解能力、判斷能力、 執行能力、專業的業務能力，反應敏捷，對突發事件有較強的應對心態及能力；
- 適應能力強，具備較強的綜合協調能力和組織管理能力。
