## Job description
- Perform business process analysis to recommend areas of workflow and productivity improvement by driving enhancements on IT systems
- Coordinate, gather and analyze internal claims staff’s feedbacks on IT systems to identify areas of system improvement, especially for time efficiency and user experience
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions. Prepare professional technical documentation (including requirement, functional and technical specifications, and test cases/ matrix).
- Define and propose solutions for problems and examine the feasibility of the solutions
- Maintain project documentation
- Prepare test plans, conduct quality assurance test, coordinate UAT (including tracking and fixing) and provide end user training
- Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of financial institution or insurance industry will be an asset
- Experience in project management, data analysis and business intelligence is a definite advantage
- Good communication, analytical, project management skills, and able to work independently
- Strong sense of responsibility & accountability, and willing to learn
- Self-motivated with strong sense of accountability
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
