## Job description
- 本部门整体工作的规划、分配、推动与落实， 指导与考核员工工作；
- 分公司部门任务的制定、分解与推动达成；
- 执行落实总公司各项管理制度；
- 建立与各部门合作沟通机制；
- 部门业务费用管控；
- 对分公司三级机构的业务指导。
- 本科及以上学历；
- 年龄40岁以下；
- 具备5年以上工作经验；
- 具备良好的交流沟通能力、应变能力、学习能力；
- 中共党员、有保险从业经验者优先。
