## Job description
- 协助机构做好文件流转工作，包括文件的收发、流转和整理归档等；
- 协助机构差旅、会议接待、职场布置、设备维护等行政后勤服务保障工作；
- 协助分公司收集机构家具、设备、办公用品等物料需求，员工信息采集及材料归档等工作；
- 协助分公司做好工会相关保障工作；
- 部门交办的其他工作。 大学本科及以上学历者优先； 年龄35周岁以下者优先； 具备优秀的沟通表达能力、团队协作能力，学习力和执行力强； 具备相关工作经验者优先。
