## Job description
- 根据总公司、分公司发展战略及长期规划，制定中心支公司中、短期发展规划；
- 制定中心支公司年度工作计划，指导和监督计划的执行，并落实完成分公司下达的年度业务预算；
- 优化资源配置，实施对销售和运营等相关的业务发展及管理，提高辖区的整体盈利能力；
- 负责中心支公司队伍建设，包括人员激励、培训、招聘以及发展等；
- 按照公司和监管部门的要求，组织、督导中心支公司范围内内控和合规管理，确保经营行为合规性和内部控制有效性；
- 根据总、分公司授权，负责协调当地政府、监管部门的公共关系和对外联络，统一向当地相关部门报送经营、安全等方面的工作情况；
- 掌握当地财险市场及同业发展状况和趋势；
- 上级交办的其他工作。
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验，3年以上团队管理经验；
- 年龄40周岁以下，中共党员优先；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力、团队管理能力；
