## Job description
- 牽頭负责簡歷篩選，預約及接待候選人面試，收集及歸檔候選人資料，並確保候選人資料準確完整；
- 協助跟進新員工招聘錄用等審批流程，準備新員工入職文件及帶領新員工辦理入職；
- 負責維護招聘渠道與平台，及時刊登招聘廣告，做好招聘職位管理，定期更新招聘職位管理報表；
- 跟進集團及公司的各類培訓項目，協助組織與跟進各類培訓活動；
- 負責管理網絡培訓平台，跟進網絡主題課程的配置與學員管理；
- 參與公司人力資源相關項目，協助完善人力資源制度體系；
- 協助辦理、續簽專才及內派員工的工作簽證。
- 全日製本科及以上學歷，人力資源管理、行政管理或其他公共管理類專業；
- 具備招聘及培訓模塊實操經驗，熟悉香港僱傭條例，具備中資企業工作經驗優先；
- 熟練掌握各項辦公軟件的應用，能夠使用EXCEL做基本的數據分析；
- 具備較強的文字處理及口頭表達能力，積極主動，善於總結，有較強的執行能力及組織協調能力；
- 工作細緻嚴謹，責任心強，具備較好的抗壓能力，能同時獨立處理多項工作任務。
