## Job description
- 负责集团落实中央巡视整改综合管理工作；
- 负责集团落实中央巡视整改综合文字工作，起草整改方案、会议材料、领导讲话、工作简报、整改工作材料等；
- 负责集团中央巡视整改相关工作机制落地执行；
- 与中央巡视整改综合管理相关的其他事项。

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历；中共党员；

### 工作经验
- 三年以上保险、纪检、巡视、组织人事、党群相关工作经验；

### 知识技能
- 具备纪检、巡视、组织人事、党群、保险、投资、财务等专业知识；综合文字能力强，熟练运用办公软件，具有良好的文字表达能力；

### 能力素质
- 政治素质好，具备较强的政策领悟力和学习能力；具备团队合作精神和责任心，具有较强的协调能力、表达能力、沟通能力和人际交往能力；认同中国太平企业文化。
