## Job description
- 负责定期对经济、监管政策及保险行业发展趋势进行分析；
- 负责对同业的经营管理模式、发展特点、核心竞争力等进行分析；
- 负责定期出具分公司经营分析报告，对分公司不同阶段经营发展情况进行多维度分析，并持续追踪关键指标偏离情况；
- 负责监控分公司重点板块关键指标，及时对异常指标开展分析监控；
- 负责根据分公司经营管理需要，开展专题研究分析；
- 负责制定分公司发展规划，并进行预算分解，定期对产品、渠道、机构各维度预算执行情况进行追踪，并对异常情况预警并采取纠偏措施；
- 领导交办的其他工作。
- 本科以上学历，40岁以下；
- 有同业1年以上相关工作经验者优先，
- 具备一定抗压能力，文字功底较好，责任心强，爱岗敬业。
