## Job description
- Process daily premium payment received via various channels and make commission payments
- Handle payment inquiries from policyholders, insurance agents and insurance brokers
- Assist supervisor to monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue premiums
- Prepare monthly statements and receipts
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Perform ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
- Hong Kong permanent residents or non-permanent residents but must hold a valid work visa (IANG, Quality Migrants or Dependant, etc.)
- Degree holder or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
- Strong communication skills with a professional and tactful approach to debt collection
- Attentive to details, good interpersonal, organizational skills, self-motivated and active team player
- Good command of English and Cantonese
