## Job description

负责初审分公司农险承保业务，在总公司授权范围内开展核保工作； 负责联系总公司对高风险业务进行再保安排； 负责制定分公司农险各险种承保指引、实务规程、核保政策，并对所辖机构农险承保工作进行指导和监督 负责开展农险承保业务及操作流程等相关培训工作，提高农险专员业务技能； 负责制定公司农险单证管理制度，设计公司农险单证，监督指导农险单证使用； 领导交办的其他工作。
- 本科以上学历，具备1年以上同岗位工作经验；
- 有较强的学习能力和沟通协调能力；
- 工作细致认真、积极主动，具有高度责任心，并具有良好的服务意识和团队合作精神。
