## Job description
- 内外部公文收文和转发管理，内部工作通知书发文管理，各类文件分类归档；
- 中支品宣工作，通讯稿的撰写；
- 机构行政事务签报起草、流转及编号归档；
- 负责日常办公用品采购、发放、登记管理，办公室设备管理；
- 公司公章用印申请登记；
- 公司单证管理；
- 各类报告撰写；
- 领导交办的其他事务。 1.本科及以上学历在校生，年龄20-25周岁； 2.良好的口头和书面表达能力，熟练操作办公自动化系统。
