## Job description
- 负责开展公司政策、制度的宣导和文化的传播；
- 负责组织、实施所在四级机构的制式及非制式培训；
- 参与培训课程的规划、编制、执行与日常授课，完成所在分支机构培训部门安排的教学任务；
- 协助所在四级机构负责人策划、组织与实施各种会议经营:早会、夕会及月度经菅分析会。
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备出色逻辑思维能力、语言表达能力，执行力强，工作细致、耐心；
- 认可寿险行业并致力于在行业深耕、发展。
