## Job description
- 协助全面负责支公司各项经营管理工作；
- 协助规划、组织机构的营销活动；
- 负责机构分管领域保费任务的分解和追踪；
- 负责机构分管领域业务品质的维护和管理，达成公司下达的各项保费和利润考核指标；
- 协助负责本机构团队建设和管理工作。 1、40岁以下，中共党员，全日制本科及以上学历； 2、认可公司企业文化，具备较强的沟通协调能力、执行能力，为人正直，责任心强； 3、金融、保险等相关工作经验3年以上，在管理岗位任职至少2年以上，有较好的客户资源和社会关系。
