## Job description
- 负责中心支公司银保条线经营管理工作，并负责银行代理渠道的拓展与维护；
- 制定中心支公司银保条线年度工作计划，完成总、分公司下达的银保条线各项经营目标；
- 积极协助中心支公司负责人建设和谐高效的中心支公司班子；
- 负责银保条线人才培养与梯队建设，促进银保业务健康可持续发展；
- 全面宣导并贯彻落实总、分公司关于银保条线的管理制度、经营政策，配合总、分公司开展各种经营项目；
- 协助中心支公司负责人处理好与当地政府相关部门的关系，掌握当地同业经营状况和行业发展信息，营造良好的外部经营环境；
- 坚持合规经营，推动开展条线消保工作，有效管控银保条线各类经营风险，保护消费者合法权益；
- 及时处理好上级交办的其他工作事项。
- 年龄40岁以内优先考虑；
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备5年以上工作经验，有同业工作经验优先；
- 熟悉寿险发展规律，具备良好的统筹规划、决策判断、业务推动、团队管理及组织协调能力，有成熟的条线管理经验，所辖条线业绩达成优异；
- 具有良好个人品行，具有遵纪守法、合规经营意识，从业背景调查、廉政及档案审查无影响任职的情形。
