## Job description
- 协助制定中心支公司中、短期业务发展规划；
- 参与制定中心支公司年度工作计划,协助落实完成分公司下达的年度业务预算；
- 协助实施对销售和运营等相关的业务发展及管理；
- 协助中心支公司队伍建设，包括激励、培训、招聘以及发展等；
- 协助中心支公司内控和合规管理；
- 协助维护中心支公司与政府、监管机构、行业协会等关系，了解当地财险市场及同业发展状况和趋势；
- 上级交办的其他工作事项。 40岁以下，本科及以上学历，3年以上岗位相关工作经历。
