## Job description

### 负责营销支持类工作，包含

人力发展、培训支持、营销策划、业务督导、数据分析类工作的执行。

### 太平新星培训
- 统一制式理论学习，了解公司经营情况，建立系统认知；

### 轮岗学习
- 在省分公司各职能部门进行轮岗学习，了解各条线运作情况；

### 基层专岗实践
- 将下沉至全省各地级市区县的基层岗位，了解业务一线运营模式，提升综合能力。
- 大学本科及以上学历，专业不限；
- 具备出色的逻辑思维能力、语言表达能力、强执行力和开拓创新精神；
- 认可寿险行业并致力于在行业深耕、发展；
- 上进心强，能承受一定的工作压力。
