## Job description
- 牵头制定公司中长期发展战略规划，组织开展行业趋势研究与竞争分析，建立战略执行评估体系，推动战略目标落地；
- 统筹产品定价、准备金评估及偿付能力管理，为公司经营决策提供精算支持与数据依据；
- 参与资产负债管理与资本规划，开展价值评估与压力测试，确保公司经营安全性与资本充足性；
- 负责部门日常管理及跨部门协同，对接监管机构，推进制度建设与人才培养。
- 中共党员，本科及以上学历，精算、金融、经济、统计等相关专业优先；
- 具有8年以上保险行业经验，具备战略规划或精算管理相关岗位负责人经历（复合背景优先）；
- 持有精算师资格者优先，熟悉偿付能力监管要求及国资管理规定；
- 具备较强的数据分析、文字表达及组织协调能能力。
