## Job description
- 承接总公司承保管理规定制度，落实总公司产品承保政策，建立分公司的产品专业能力；
- 负责意健险的核保工作，承保业务的核保核批，并把控业务结构及业务品质；
- 负责本产品线在所在分公司的销售费用管控及品质管控工作，遵守总公司费用管控政策；
- 负责本产品线核在所在分公司的产品销售推动能力建设，提炼产品卖点，协同渠道提高分公司渠道销售队伍专业能力；
- 负责落实分公司个人非车险部应收保费管理要求及其它运营品质管控工作；
- 领导交办的其他工作。
- 本科及以上学历，保险、经济类相关专业优先；
- 有保险公司2年以上相关核保岗位工作经验优先；
- 具备优秀的沟通表达能力、经营分析能力、团队协作能力，责任心、执行力强。
