## Job description
- 负责落实保险服务标准化工作。负责分公司标准化预算制定与执行，确保柜面符合集团与公司的服务标准化要求；
- 负责柜面服务及人员管理工作，组织柜面人员培训与考核；
- 负责分公司有价业务单证管理工作，审核单证领用需求，有价业务单证使用培训，定期盘点、监督所有有价业务单证使用情况以及有价业务单证遗失申报与追责；
- 负责落实客户运营工作。负责增值服务采购、开展、追踪、评估工作；负责各类服务客户运营平台的推广、管理；负责开展客户节活动；
- 协助开展消保教育宣传、培训等相关工作；
- 领导交办的其他工作。
- 本科以上学历，40周岁以下；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，爱岗敬业，认真负责，有一定抗压性；
- 具有1年以上工作经验，有同业相关岗位工作经验者优先。
