## Job description
- Handle full range of company secretarial duties;
- Prepare board minutes, interim and annual reports, circulars and organize board meetings and shareholders’ meetings;
- Perform company secretarial duties for the company incorporated in Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions;
- Assist in compliance matters;
- Assist in ad hoc project. 1.Degree holder in Business Administration, law, Accounting or Corporate Governance related disciplines; 2.1-3 years’ experience in handling company secretarial duties; 3.Well organized, meticulous, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skill and with a strong sense of responsibility; 4.Excellent PC skills of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing; 5.Good command of written & spoken English & Mandarin is a must; 6.Member of HKICS / ICSA is a plus.
