## Job description

根据国家政策类健康险相关政策和公司业务规划，统筹制定和推动分公司政策类健康险业务发展规划及策略； 负责统筹分公司政策类健康险业务管理和营销推动，制定业务政策，确保业务发展符合公司在风险偏好、承保质量、战略导向等方面的要求； 负责分公司政策性健康险业务的运营管理，包含承保、理赔和运营服务； 制定和执行政策性健康险业务内部管理制度、两核管理规则等内控制度，建立单独核算、精算和风险管理制度以及履行其他监管规定，确保业务合规经营； 负责集团推动的太平养老、太平资产等综合开拓重大落地项目拓展技术支持及售后服务跟踪协调； 根据政策性健康险业务法律法规、监管规定落实反保险欺诈相关职责； 根据政策性健康险业务法律法规，监管、集团以及公司的要求落实偿付能力风险管理能力、洗钱风险、关联交易、非法集资宣传教育与风险排查、涉黑涉恶及涉刑案件线索报送等风险合规工作相关职责； 负责公司交办的其他工作。 大学本科及以上学历者优先； 年龄40周岁以下者优先； 5年以上保险行业从业经验； 具备一定的健康险管理经验。
